Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, for all orders no matter the location. Everyday our warehouses delivers to hundreds of customers across the world and customers service is our #1 priority. If you have any question or concern please fill free to contact us.

1. Lead Time

Your order will be dispatched 2-3 business days after order being placed (Monday-Friday).

2. Order Cancellations

This depends on the status of your order. If your order has already been processed and shipped we won't be able to cancel your order.

If your order has not left our warehouse, we would be able to cancel your order but please notice that there will be a restock fee of 20% of the order value.

*Please note once an order status has been changed to ‘Shipped’ then we are unable to CANCEL THE ORDER.

3. Delivery Time

The delivery time is based on the shipping option within your delivery area. We do offer a Free Shipping Service on all our orders.

USA Orders:

USPS Standard Shipping (FREE) :Your order will be delivered 7 to10 Business days after being dispatched. USPS Tracking number will be provided.*Please note that during peak season high demand products could take up to 10 to 15 business days for delivery.
Priority Expedited Shipping(DHL/USPS): Some orders will be shipped UPS and delivered within 4 to 7 days(2/3 lead time). Once tracking number becomes available, you will be notified via email.

*Please note that due to COVD-19 impact, for FREE SHIPPING service please expect delivery time within 12 to 15 days after being dispatched in some cases.

International Orders:

FREE International Standard: For orders from Canada UK and Australia please allow 10-15 business days after being dispatched. For other countries delivery time will be 15 to 20 business days. USPS/DHL or FEDEX Tracking number to follow up your order will be provided.

4. Shipping Warehouse:

USA Orders:

If FREE SHIPPING Method is available at Checkout, your order will be fulfill from our US Warehouse and delivery its going to take 4-7 business days after being dispatched (lead time 2-3 working days).

International Orders:

CA UK & AU Orders: Delivery Time 10-12 working days after being dispatched. Your order will be dispatched from Overseas Warehouse.
Other Countries: For orders from other countries than USA, CA, UK and AU, please allow 15-20 working days for delivery. Your order will be dispatched from Overseas Warehouse.

5. International Orders

YES, we do offer FREE Worldwide Shipping for International orders.

6. Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email including the tracking details and link to follow up the status of your parcel.

7. Shipping Cost

We do offer FREE SHIPPING on certain orders. Expeditied shipping additional cost apply, please contact us for additional cost information.

8. Courier

For USA orders your products will be shipped via USPS/DHL or UPS.
For International orders, your products will be shipped via local Postal Service, USPS or DHL.
